From organization to organization, titles mean different things. From our collective experiences and "lessons learned" Ideahaus has evolved into an organization made up of two levels; Affiliates and Associates.
Affiliates are senior-level professionals who lead their respective divisions and are responsible for managing the Associates who work on their projects and accounts. Affiliates have the authority to commit Ideahaus resources and the authority to enter in contractual agreements.
Affiliates are responsible for developing new relationships and are a Client's primary point of contact. Their functions include Project Management (budget, schedule, vendors, etc.) and assembling the team of Associates who perform the work. An Affiliate is also the senior laborer on the project or account. This level of involvement ensures the person in charge always knows what's going on.

Kevin Popovic is the founder and President of Ideahaus®. His role in Ideahaus is more Creative Consultant and less President. This broad responsibility allows Kevin to stay active in all arenas of creative development. In addition to his leadership role with Ideahaus® Kevin is an Adjunct Professor at Duquesne University in the MultiMedia Technology Program.George Evans
is the Copywriter / Producer for Ideahaus®. As a Senior Creative, George is responsible for leading projects and servicing accounts, and managing the Indianapolis studio.
