Creativity comes in many forms, and in this instance, it comes in the form of music. The Haus Band is an ongoing effort from the creative resources of Ideahaus.
The Haus Band began performing in our studio during the early 90's, upstairs, above East Carson Street (1992-1996) in the South SIde of Pittsburgh. Drums, guitars, keyboards, samplers, beer bottles - instruments abound - and don't forget the PA system;-) Remnants from earlier DJ efforts, band attempts and personal amusement laid the groundwork for what has become a unique expression of our collective at each gathering.

The sessions of the Haus Band are memorable, from location, to roster, to deliverables. Each has been unique (I think this is why people keep coming back-kp). Some of our notable contributors have included;
- Mike Hoban; Harmonica, Vocals
- Don Tucker; Guitar, Vocals
- Myron Woodley; Vocals

Remarkably, each session of Haus Band has been documented. Not for lack of technology (God, no), but more so for the high-spirits and shenanigans that has become part of the ritual.
The following is the complete list of the Haus Band Sessions. Click on each to download the music, see the pictures and watch the video.
